Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used chemicals (including Algaecides, Chlorine and Bromine products)
  • Personal care items
  • Items marked as “final sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • Return shipping address (if different from our business address)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package your item(s) using the original packaging whenever possible. Include:

  • The completed return form (provided in your return authorization email)
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase
  • All original product accessories and documentation

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges: Your replacement item will be shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive your return.

Refund Timeline and Methods

Refunds are processed based on your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing (appearance on your statement depends on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  2. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

International Returns
