Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your pool products arrive safely.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Please review our policy below before initiating a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used chemicals (including Algaecides, Chlorine and Bromine products)
  • Personal care items
  • Items marked as “final sale”

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return an item:

  • Reason for return
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • Return shipping address

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package your item(s) using the original packaging whenever possible. Include:

  • Completed return form (provided in your return authorization email)
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase
  • All original product accessories and documentation

Important: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Exchanges: Your replacement item will be shipped within 1-2 business days

Refund Details

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing (appearance on your statement depends on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:
